1. Services

Spruce Local provides fully managed local SEO services including Google Business Profile optimization, review management, citation building, social media posting, and related services as described on our website. Services are provided on a month-to-month basis at the current published rate.

2. Subscription & Payment

Our service is billed monthly on a recurring basis. There are no long-term contracts, setup fees, or cancellation fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your service will continue through the end of your current billing period.

3. Account Access

To provide our services, you will grant Spruce Local manager-level access to your Google Business Profile and potentially other platforms through their official authorization processes. You retain full ownership and control of your accounts at all times. We will never request your passwords. You may revoke access at any time.

4. Results Disclaimer

While we employ industry best practices and proven strategies to improve your local search visibility, we cannot guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes. Search engine rankings are influenced by many factors outside our control. Results vary by business, market, and competition. Typical clients begin seeing improvements within 90 days.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information during onboarding, grant necessary account access in a timely manner, and respond to reasonable requests for information or images. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is truthful and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via email or phone. Upon cancellation, we will remove our manager access from your accounts. Any optimizations made to your profiles during your subscription will remain in place.

7. Limitation of Liability

Spruce Local's liability is limited to the amount paid for services during the most recent billing period. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
